Account Registration

Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase affects their subscription.

Acceptable Use

AI Chat Service

Our AI chat feature uses third-party AI services to provide responses. You understand that:

  • AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors

  • Your chat inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers
  • Usage limits apply based on your subscription tier

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GODFREY LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
